Be Part of a Global Event Experience in NYC

Rockefeller Center will welcome visitors from around the world for an exciting international fan experience, and we're looking for energetic and service-driven individuals to join the team as Summer Hospitality Hosts.

In this highly visible role, you'll assist guests, support crowd flow, provide wayfinding assistance, and help maintain an organized and engaging event environment throughout the World Cup Fan Village experience.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on event and hospitality experience at one of New York City's most iconic destinations.

As a Summer Hospitality Host, you help create a welcoming and organized environment for thousands of visitors attending this global event. Your communication skills, professionalism, and ability to assist guests efficiently contribute directly to the overall success of the Fan Village experience.


What You'll DoGuest & Event Support
  • Welcome guests and provide wayfinding assistance throughout the venue
  • Answer general questions regarding event access, programming, and surrounding areas
  • Support ticketing and guest information services as needed
Crowd Management & Operations
  • Assist with crowd flow and pedestrian traffic management in high-volume areas
  • Help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient event environment
  • Identify guest concerns proactively and escalate issues when necessary
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with event and operations teams to support daily activities
  • Adapt quickly to changing operational needs in a fast-moving environment

What You Bring
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident communication style
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in busy environments
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
  • Previous hospitality, events, retail, or guest-facing experience preferred

Additional Requirements
  • Availability throughout the full event period, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in summer weather conditions
  • Comfortable standing and moving for extended shifts
