Job description

In this dynamic role, Youth Apprentices and College Interns will have learning-focused opportunities, perform clerical, specialized, and hands on tasks, while receiving mentorship in the departments they are placed in.  


Responsibilities

  • While specific duties vary by department, most roles focus on assisting teams with daily operations, conducting research, and managing small-scale projects.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Education: Most roles require candidates to be currently enrolled in high school or college undergraduate programs.
  • Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, organizational abilities, and a "self-starter" attitude are highly valued.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Google Workspace, Canva, and mechanical apptitude preferred.
  • Attitude: A high degree of flexibility and a willingness to learn are essential, as interns often perform a variety of duties across different departments.
