When you're part of the Summer Internship Program at Higginbotham, you're not just joining us for the summer, you become part of the Higginbotham family.
Our formal Summer Internship Program is ten (10) weeks (June 2nd - August 5th), part-time* (<30 hrs./wk.) and provides in-person opportunities in the locations listed below. *Additional hours may be available if applicable.

We're looking for energetic and driven college students currently in their sophomore or junior year who are interested in gaining hands-on experience with our Business Insurance, Employee Benefits, Risk Management, and Human Resources teams.**
**Risk Management and Human Resources internship opportunities are only available in our Fort Worth locations.
Throughout the summer, interns will gain real-world experience by working alongside Higginbotham professionals, contributing to meaningful projects, and learning more about the insurance and financial services industry. You'll have the opportunity to build your professional skills while gaining insight into potential career paths and experiencing firsthand what it's like to be part of the Higginbotham team.
But the experience goes beyond your day-to-day role. Our Summer Internship Program is designed to help you learn, connect, and grow through opportunities such as:
