Position Overview
We are hiring both Part-Time & Full-Time Summer Tennis Coaches to support our camps and seasonal programming from June through the end of August 2026.
We are looking for coaches across all three New York locations:
  • Downtown Brooklyn
  • Financial District
  • Long Island City

As a Summer Coach, you will deliver engaging, high-quality tennis instructions primarily within our youth summer camps and junior programs. You will bring energy, structure, and positivity to the court, helping young players build skills while creating a fun and memorable summer experience. In addition you will also support our adult programming and our growing pickleball programs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Player Instruction: Lead structured, engaging tennis sessions for youth camps and junior programs.
  • Player Development: Motivate and challenge players, providing personalized feedback and technical growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow coaches and camp leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Operations & Safety: Maintain court readiness, equipment setup, and follow company safety and inclusion policies.
  • Culture Champion: Model sportsmanship, discipline, and inclusion on and off the court.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience: Prior tennis coaching experience (youth & adults preferred).
  • Availability: Must be available from July through the end of August. Weekdays & weekends!
  • Skills: Strong tennis fundamentals, modern coaching techniques, and a positive, motivating communication style.
  • Team Fit: Thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of pickleball and relevant coaching certifications or competitive playing background.
