What We're Looking For:

Operates and monitors machinery and equipment used in manufacturing or production processes. This role requires individuals to follow safety protocols, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain efficiency in operations.
Shift: Sunday-Thursday 9:45pm-6am
$21.75 per hour plus $1.50 shift differential
*$1500 Retention Bonus after 6 months of employment with Zebra.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Operate and fully understand the mechanical functions of all machines machines, including ink mixing and color matching.
Perform quality tests in compliance with ISO procedures and maintain productivity standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex issues with limited supervision.
Train and assist other operators in understanding and applying job documents.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems and improve processes.
Follow work orders, labeling requirements, and established safety practices, including the use of PPE.
Build positive working relationships within the team and department.
Learn, adhere to, and follow company processes, policies, and directions.
Train team members as directed.
Uphold company values and standards in all activities.
Job Requirements:
No diploma required; Basic math and reading/writing skills are needed
2+ years of relevant work experience
Key Skills and Competencies:
Basic computer skills
Must be at least 18 years old
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately
Capable of safely operating and handling light to medium machinery, with a focus on precision and adherence to safety protocols
Skilled in operating press, converting, and finishing equipment such as die cutting, laminating, and slitting
Hands-on experience with narrow web flexo presses

Incentive Compensation:

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
