Job description

Orientation dates are 7/16 OR 7/23 from 5:30pm to 8pm!!

Primary Events for Seasonal Event Staff include Musikfest, Soccerfest, Levitt Free Summer Concert Series, and other events as needed. Prior experience in event management or customer service preferred but not required.

Reports To: Director of Safety andEvent Services, Event Services Manager

Position Overview: Ensure a safe and fun environment for all staff, patrons and performers and contribute to the ArtsQuest experience by delivering exceptional customer service with a smile.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all visitors to ArtsQuest facilities and provide information about ArtsQuest, its programs and facilities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, clients, performers/artists, vendors, and constituents; provide assistance as needed.
  • Perform safety patrols on respective shift, reporting to supervisor any potential hazards or safety concerns.
  • Assist with rules and policy enforcement for festivals and events.
  • Assist with weather or incident emergency evacuations.
  • Provide assistance during medical incidents by notifying the appropriate staff.
  • Provide access control to restricted areas, enforcing badge procedures at entrances and exits during festivals and events.
  • Provide access control and safety to parking lots for applicable events.
  • Assist Operations in set up and tear down when needed.

Musikfest

Orientation dates will be selected upon hire:

o 7/16/26 from 530pm-8pm OR 7/23/26 from 530pm-8pm

Dates of Musikfest: July 30th- August 9th, 2026

Shifts available for setup week before and breakdown following Musikfest will also be available

Shifts are scheduled primarily in the evenings during the weekdays, and throughout the day on weekends

Must be available to work all of Musikfest (if not all, most of MF)

If you say you are available to work, you MUST be available

Soccerfest

Orientation and training will be provided between June 1stand June 10thfor staff on best practices, procedures, and shift positions

Dates of Soccerfest: June 11th- July 19th- shifts for matches will vary between the hours of 11am and 3am each day

Shifts are scheduled based on size of estimated attendance for each game

Shifts will vary between 3-4 hours each; more shifts are available if desired/needed

Levitt Free Summer Concert Series

Levitt season runs from May-September

Scheduling for these shows are as needed, as available
