We love helping them unleashtheir creativity as they create games, videos, build robots,3D designs, and more and have a blast while learningvaluable life skills. The kids learn and use technology likescratch, WeDO robotics, minecraft, roblox, java, python,html, arduino, mindstorms, unity and more! We offer afterschool classes, vacation sessions, birthday parties,competitions and summer camps!
TheDirector is responsible for ensuring smooth operation andgrowth of our learning center. This role reports totheowner,and oversees staffwhile developing strongrelationships with parents, kids, partners and codecoaches.

  • Managealloperational and administrative aspectsof theprograms, from scheduling tomarketing special programsand camps
  • Managethe budget and assist with planning
  • Updatesocial media accounts with pictures and live videos
  • Developstrong relationships with families enrolled in theprograms
  • Directlymanage a team of up to 8 code coaches
  • Manageall communication with staff and families about programchanges and closures
  • Warmlywelcome visitors and families checking in/out of programsand assist with registrations, tours, and questions
  • Maintainaninviting, comfortable, and clean space
  • Reporton key operational metrics
  • Findopportunities to reduce costs and improve program quality
  • Maintainahigh quality of team performance and jobsatisfaction
  • Abideby documentation on process and procedure
  • Bewilling to fill in for absent coaches as needed
  • Recruitandtrain new coaches as needed
  • Manageequipment and resources
  • Availableover the summer to oversee summer coding sessions

  • Abilitytowork independently and problem solveeffectively withattention to detail
  • Experienceworking in an educational or camp setting is a must
  • Experiencewith coding, robotics or other technology is an addedadvantage
