What We’re Looking For: Walstrom Marine is looking for a Boat Detailer to join our Harbor Springs Team! While detailing experience is a plus, we are happy to train individuals with a strong work ethic and the right skill set.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide variety of detailing duties including washing, waxing, polishing, and restoring boats to like-new condition.
-Detail all areas of the boat including exterior surfaces, engine compartments, bilges, upholstery, heads, and cabins.
-Ensure a boat's interior and exterior meet high cleanliness and presentation standards.
-Provide detailing services that meet or exceed customer expectations for quality and satisfaction.
-Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
Requirements and Qualifications:
-A valid driver's license is required for this position.
-Experience with detailing or in a Marine environment is preferred.
