Summer Barbacks are entry-level staff members who assist bartenders during the busy summer season, typically in bars, restaurants, or outdoor venues. Their main duties include restocking supplies, cleaning glasses, collecting empty dishes, and ensuring the bar area runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is often fast-paced, especially during peak hours, and is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.

These skills ensure efficient service, customer satisfaction, and a well-managed bar environment during busy summer shifts.
