The Lodge and Club are slope side at Stowe Resort; gorgeous for year-round adventures, escapes, destination weddings, and more. We take pride in our teamwork and high standards. It’s fitting that we are located at the pinnacle of Vermont!

We pride ourselves on our well-kept and beautiful landscapes on the property. The Grounds Crew is responsible for maintaining the grounds and landscaping around the lodge in the summer and clearing snow throughout the hotel property in the winter. There are many ongoing projects that our Grounds team handles all year round and we would love to have you help us keep busy.

  • Previous grounds keeping experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Flexible schedule to include mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Position to start on or around December 1st or when the first snowfall occurs
  • Snow removal of all outdoor hotel property. 
  • Use moderate to heavy equipment to complete duties as assigned (i.e. snow blower, shovels, etc.) 
  • Wash, clean and re-fuel all equipment after use. 
  • Maintain the appearance and safety of sidewalks, driveways, or parking lots. 
  • Operate trucks or utility vehicles to transport equipment and supplies.
