Summary/Objective
We are looking for a team member with a dynamic, energetic, and outgoing personality, with a strong background in high-end customer service to work primarily in our Marietta office. This is a PRN position for the summer to help cover for Vacation, PTO, etc. The front desk coordinator focuses on administrative duties while creating a welcoming environment for our patients. In this position, the front desk coordinator will assist patients with inquiries on services provided, pricing, and products available. In addition, they are responsible for capturing leads and patient data in the system accurately.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greets and welcomes patients as they arrive for their appointments.
  • Facilitates patient flow by notifying the clinical staff of patient arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating such with patients and clinical staff.
  • Checking patients in and out for their appointments.
  • Ensures a positive experience for each patient through excellent customer service practices.
  • Oversees entry of patient data in Nextech (EHR System)
  • Captures contact information for prospective patients and generates leads
  • Educates patients on services offered by Marietta Plastic Surgery
  • Answers phones and effectively communicates with patients on their inquiries
  • Maintains a clean and organized front desk area
  • Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization working effectively as a team member with other members of management and the clinic staff
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a cosmetic/plastic surgery or dermatology setting preferred
  • Positive, outgoing and friendly attitude

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Experience:
  • EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 2 years (Required)
