Job description

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
This role reports to the Creative Director, Oshkosh and is based in our Buckhead office on site 4 days/week.

60%: Develop all creative concepting of robust content for brand and seasonal campaigns.

  • Lead and collaborate on seasonal concepts and planning lifestyle photography shoots by helping identify shots needed based on layout of campaign assets. Attend photoshoots and lead all planning, casting and art direction. Follow up quickly after photoshoots to take retouching notes with our production team and ensure deadlines are being met.
  • Direct external photographers, styling teams, props and producers, followed by editing large amounts of campaign photography on lifestyle shoots.
  • Direct and edit video for digital channels and media, including OLV/CTV.
  • Provide clear direction to external editors on video, as needed.
  • Concept and art direct photographers and stylists at our photo studio to capture stylized laydowns that support all channels.
  • Work ahead on 360 campaign concepts for all OshKosh campaigns.
  • Partner closely with the digital and retail creative teams to develop concepts, design into, and shoot photography for our stores, site experiences and robust email cadence.
  • Lead all brand-led projects for the digital space, collaborating with digital creative director and team.
  • Create meaningful and impactful relationships with internal partners in product design, merchandising, buying, global sourcing, site experience and marketing.
  • Present all concepts and creative solutions to Creative Director and internal partners.


40%: Design and produce all brand-led materials.

  • Lead the art direction and design for brand identity development, iconography, style guides and brand books. Partner closely with external creative agencies to ensure brand standards are being met.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing Manager on all incremental projects and develop concepts for all brand-led initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with all OshKosh creative channel partners and provide design support as needed to ensure all campaigns can be brought to life in every channel.
  • Supervise the cohesion of all photography and brand-led collateral in all wholesale and international accounts.

Must have:

  • Organized, self-motivated, collaborative, detail-oriented and able to independently manage a project from conception to production
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, work within given creative parameters and demanding deadlines, and seek ways to improve processes and quality of output within functional areas
  • Excellent presentation and verbal skills are essential
  • Ability to take creative direction and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail, organized, balance multiple tasks, eye for color and design, excellent communication
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented approach

Preferred skills and experience:

  • 4-year bachelor degree in Design
  • Advance knowledge in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma. Print production skills are a must. Must be able to create mock-ups
  • 10+ years experience in advanced Graphic Design and Art Direction
  • Fluent in fundamentals of design and production
