The Technical Project Manager is responsible for driving execution across Client's AI initiatives, ensuring structured delivery, clear accountability, and alignment across engineering, security, and business stakeholders.

This role focuses on program planning, dependency management, and coordination across multiple workstreams, including Copilot, Power Platform, and broader AI enablement efforts. The position is critical to maintaining delivery discipline, reducing execution risk, and accelerating time to value.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning and execution of AI-related programs and projects across Digital Workplace and partner teams
  • Manage project plans, timelines, and milestones across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Identify, track, and manage dependencies across engineering teams, security, vendors, and business stakeholders
  • Coordinate delivery across M365, Copilot, Power Platform, and external AI platforms
  • Drive regular execution cadence including stand-ups, status reviews, and stakeholder checkpoints
  • Track progress against commitments and escalate risks, issues, and blockers as needed
  • Ensure alignment across internal teams and third-party vendors supporting delivery
  • Develop and deliver clear, concise reporting for leadership, including status, risks, and outcomes

Support prioritization and sequencing of work to optimize delivery efficiency and resource utilization


Qualifications:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in technical project or program management within enterprise IT environments
  • Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and modern application or AI-driven programs preferred
  • Experience managing vendor delivery and coordinating across distributed teams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and senior leadership
