OVERVIEW

The Runner provides reliable day-to-day support to senior executives by handling transportation and executing a variety of personal and business-related errands. This role is
primarily focused on driving, logistics, and task completion rather than administrative support. The position requires discretion, flexibility, and a strong sense of urgency to ensure
executives' day-to-day needs are handled efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for supporting executives with daily logistics and errands, including but not
limited to:

  • Provide safe, reliable transportation for executives to and from meetings, appointments, and other locations
  • Run personal and professional errands, including:
    • Picking up and dropping off packages
    • Handling returns, and general shopping requests
    • Coordinating and completing time-sensitive pickups and deliveries
  • Support business-related errands such as document drop-offs, supply runs, and
    external vendor pickups
  • Pick up meals and other requested items as needed
  • Assist with general day-to-day logistics for executives

Limited Administrative Support:

  • Provide light clerical support as needed (approximately 1 hour per day), including:
    • Covering the main phone line
    • Filing and organizing documents

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Safe driver with a clean driving record and current driver's license
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone and email
  • Punctual
