Develop and Train Talent

Invest in your team through hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship. Help build bench strength and create clear paths for growth within the kitchen.

Drive Food Safety & Standards

Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and operational standards. Lead by example and hold the team accountable to doing things the right way every time.

Manage Costs & Inventory

Control food cost, manage inventory, reduce waste, and ensure proper ordering and portioning practices that support a healthy business.

  • Comprehensive health benefits
  • 401(k)
  • Paid time off

  • Scratch kitchen environment with high-quality ingredients

What We’re Looking For

  • A true passion for food, especially scratch kitchens and quality-driven execution
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and developing others
  • Deep understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • Proven ability to manage costs, inventory, and kitchen systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
