Production Supervisor – Automotive Industry

Salary up to $80,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Paid Relocation the US Midwest

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for manufacturing excellence? Join our team as a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR! We are recruiting an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee shift operations and ensure our teams deliver top-quality products safely and efficiently. This team values teamwork, innovation, and respect.

As the Production Supervisor your focus will be:

  • Lead and hold production staff accountable for performance in their areas
  • Work with your manager to adjust goals and strategies
  • Coach, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster growth and success
  • Champion safety, quality, and housekeeping standards across all production areas
  • Ensure compliance with TS16949 quality standards and ISO 14001 environmental requirements
  • Lead your team in continuous improvement implementations
  • Maintain a respectful, inclusive workplace where everyone has equal opportunity.

Your Impact as Production Supervisor – Salary up to $80,000 + Benefits & Paid Relocation: You'll lead your production team on the floor, providing direction, coaching, and support to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met. You'll oversee daily operations, train and develop employees, address performance and production challenges, and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment where people can succeed.

Minimum requirements for the Production Supervisor:

  • At least 3 years in high-volume manufacturing; automotive experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Toyota Production System and IATF-16949 standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel); experience with QAD or BAE is a plus.
