Customer Service Subway Guests

  • This role is responsible for providing experience excellence for the guest in the Subway location. The Subway Sandwich artist is responsible for taking care of the guest with their purchases, inquiries, special requests, and concerns with a kind demeanor. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service that exceeds the guest's expectations.

  • This role is responsible for completing tasks delegated to them from the daily checklist and making sure each task is complete. The Subway Sandwich Artist is responsible for assigned cleaning tasks as well as maintaining a consistent positive presence for the guest.

Guest Security/ Food Safety/ Cleaning Protocols

  • This role is responsible for protecting guest information. Rewards, payment, and identification information are included in items that should remain secure.
  • The Subway Sandwich Artist is responsible for following all food safety and cleaning protocols.

Positive Interaction & Proactive Communication with Staff & Guests

  • The Subway Sandwich Artist is responsible for positive communication with the team that maintains a supportive working environment.
