Job description

Position Summary:

Adjunct instructors require strong communication skills and the ability to provide hands-on training with students in a variety of healthcare areas. We are looking for instructors to teach Medical Assisting, Nurse Assisting, Patient Care Technician, Phlebotomy,EKG, massage therapy and more. Morning, afternoon and evening classes are available at multiple locations in Hillsborough County."

Required Qualifications:

The position requires at least an Associates Degree and/or Certification with at least 2 years of experience in the field of study. The position may require provider certifications depending on the course.

Substitute of Experience for Education Permitted - Yes

Preferred Qualifications:

Prefer applicants with:
(1) more than basic qualifications,
(2) current license or certification,
(3) strong facilitation and training skills and
(4) a dedication to meet or exceed high standards
(5) prior teaching experience.

Supplemental Job Information:

Instructors require strong communication skills and the ability to provide hands-on skills training with students in a variety of healthcare areas. We are looking for instructors to teach Medical Assisting, Nurse Assisting, Patient Care Technician, Phlebotomy, EKG, Massage Therapy and Basic Life Support.
