Join The Goddard School of Fishers, IN as an Assistant Teacher, where you will play a vital role in nurturing young minds in a fun and engaging environment. We are looking for passionate individuals who are eager to inspire creativity and foster a love for learning in our students.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Maintain open communication with parents regarding children's progress.
  • Supervise children during playtime and ensure their safety at all times.
  • Help with classroom organization and cleanliness.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
  • Encourage positive interactions among children and promote teamwork.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
  • Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting.
