This position is primarily remote, leveraging telehealth technology to provide seamless therapy experiences to clients. Our telehealth facility affords you the ability to connect with clients in a comfortable setting, thus facilitating open discussions and effective therapeutic interventions. Your workspace will be supported by our innovative electronic medical records (EMR) software, allowing for efficient documentation and patient management.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Goodwell, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for clients based on their unique needs and goals.
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches to individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintaining up-to-date clinical records in adherence to ethical guidelines and legal standards to ensure proper client care.
• Actively engaging with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic treatment plans and foster an inclusive healing environment.
• Staying current with mental health trends through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

Your work will directly impact a diverse patient population, primarily composed of individuals and families who may have limited access to traditional mental health services. This includes those facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use. To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, with further education culminating in a Master’s or Doctorate in this discipline.
• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license within the state of Oregon.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with a diverse group of clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in utilizing EMR software for efficient documentation and client management.

Preferred candidates will showcase:

• At least two years of counseling experience in clinical settings, demonstrating the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance use treatment, or trauma-informed care.

Goodwell Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, contingent upon experience and availability of caseload. In addition, we provide a supportive benefits package that includes:
