Würth Baer Supply Company is currently seeking a results-driven Coating Specialist (Territory Manager - Paint/Stain/Finish Sales) to serve and build on an established book of business covering all of Illinois and Wisconsin.
Compensation Structure: Base (target salary) + quarterly commission bonus program. You will have the opportunity to state your desired compensation in the applicant questionnaire when you apply to this position.
Automotive Allowance is $600/month (tax amount depending on vehicle depreciation over a 5-year span) + $0.18/mile fuel reimbursement using a mobile device application called "MOTUS."
Active Clients: Several Hundred. No internal competition. You will be taking over a large book of business to serve and build upon.
Customer Type: Millwork fabricators, store fixtures, furniture manufacturers, kitchen & bath showrooms/manufacturers.
Product Summary: Paint, stain, and other finish Solvents / coatings products from AkzoNobel/Chemcraft and Wurth Solvents
Geographical Region Served: State of Illinois and State of Wisconsin. While customers may be concentrated in certain areas, the professional stepping into this role must be comfortable traveling anywhere in IL/WI as needed.
Overnights Per Month: 3 to 5 days approximately.

As a Coating Specialist (Territory Manager - Paint/Stain/Finish Sales) - you will work independently and decide how to best grow your market. You will look for top solutions for both the company and our customers and deliver quality service and reliability to your customers. Your responsibilities include handling current customer accounts, growing sales and growing your accounts overall.
Requirements:
  • Two (2) years of demonstrated success in outside sales experience selling similar goods
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
