Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Oak Park Oasis in Oak Park, Illinois. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, visitors, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and support to our operations. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing a caring and compassionate atmosphere, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Receives and directs incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Monitors, greets, and directs all visitors to the facility
  • Performs basic clerical tasks as assigned
  • Compiles reports and types general or technical material or correspondence
  • Maintains current lists of residents by name and room number, telephone numbers of personnel, department extensions, names of key personnel and their extension numbers, physician telephone numbers, and facility emergency numbers and contacts
  • Coordinates outgoing and incoming mail
  • Puts Customer Service First: Ensures that customers and facilities receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individuals' needs and rights
  • Performs other duties as assigned
