Description:
The Submissions Specialistis responsible forensuring consistent andaccurateregulatory submissions for Fingerpaint Marketing clients. The specialist is immersed in the weekly workflow for assigned brand teams and owns all submissions-related activities for brand projects, inclusive of prework, submission-day tasks, and resubmissions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The specialist is expected to:
  • Know all brand submission requirements; attend and complete any required brand-specific training and credentialing need to service client work
  • Partner with copy, project management, scientific strategy, editorial, and account team members for submission-day success
  • Tag, link, and upload submission files and support materials, including references, in Veeva Vault and other client-specific systems; apply functional annotations as needed
  • Follow andmaintainthe submissions calendar and attend weekly internal brand team standup meetings to stay informed of deadlines
  • Maintain reference library for assigned brands; upload and retrieve references as needed
  • Serve as a general advocate for submissions excellence and support the growth and refinement of the submissions team, workflow, and processes
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 to 2years of experience as a submissions specialist in the pharmaceutical marketing and advertising industry; prior experience at an agency or pharmaceutical company preferred
  • Flexibility in schedule; able to accommodate submissions work for agency teams for East and West Coast hours
  • Software/systemsproficiencyin Veeva Vault and other client submissions systems; Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft SharePoint (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Workfront andAirtablea plus; Mac userrequired
  • Ability to understand and absorb scientific content
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask; strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive, team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, planning, critical thinking
  • Exercises good judgment with procedures and policies to determineappropriate action
