Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing tender requests, ITT, RFI, RFQ
  • Tender planning and development of tender strategies in cooperation with the sales teams (Sales, GKAM, etc.)
  • Preparing technical and commercial bid documentation
  • Supporting the sales team in the bid presentation and negotiation process
  • Preparing RFI/RFQ for subcontractor services according to project specifications
  • Obtaining and evaluating bids
  • Supporting other divisions in subcontractor management
  • Reviewing contract terms and conditions, including the necessary administrative activities
  • Identifying, describing and assessing risks that can harm project participants, and proposing measures to avoid or limit them
  • Negotiating with subcontractors and optimizing the buying process
  • Supporting other deugro branches in the planning and implementation of tenders and enquiries
