You'll perform as a Global Supply Chain, Subcontract Administrator, Staff member
What You Will Be Doing
The Subcontract Administrator supports L3Harris Integrated Systems and Partnerships Global Supply Chain Management organization. Candidate will join a procurement team and operates as the subcontract manager for Technical Review 3 (TR3) Integrated Core Processor (ICP) development scope. Responsibilities include; Negotiating, issuing and administering subcontracts. Tasks include negotiate and award subcontract elements (price, terms, scope, schedule), execute subcontract specifications, work statements, prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, analyzes and evaluates proposals, selects or recommends subcontractors, participates with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures. Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.

This position is located in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs. Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams. Holds procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.Leads the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types.Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions including price, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
