Job description

Location: Las Vegas, NV
Employment Type: Full-Time
Department: Sales
About Us
At Subaru of Las Vegas, we're redefining the car-buying experience. Our mission is simple: to prove that there's a better way to buy a car-one that's built on trust, transparency, and genuine human connection. We're a volume-leading, award-winning, community-focused Subaru retailer that puts people over pressure and relationships over transactions.
We don't believe in the old-school, high-pressure tactics you see at most dealerships. Instead, we empower our Purchase Advisors to guide customers from start to finish, building real trust along the way. No handoffs. No games. Just smart, honest professionals helping people make one of life's biggest purchases with confidence.
What You'll Do
As a Purchase Advisor, you'll be the single point of contact for your guests, from greeting to delivery. Your job is to create a world-class experience that's modern, respectful, and seamless. Responsibilities include:
  • Engaging with customers both online and in-store with professionalism and authenticity
  • Conducting needs assessments, product presentations, and test drives
  • Using Drive Centric CRM to follow up with prospects, appointments, and active customers
  • Presenting lease and finance options transparently with clarity
  • Introducing protection products and accessories with genuine value-based selling
  • Coordinating delivery, follow-up, and post-sale customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For
  • Proven sales experience required: retail or customer-facing roles highly encouraged
  • Automotive retail experience is a strong plus, but not mandatory
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Passion for helping people and solving problems
  • A desire to grow personally and professionally
  • Comfort with digital tools and customer engagement technology
  • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
    What We Offer
  • Competitive pay plan with performance-based bonuses
  • Paid training and mentorship
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Employee discounts and exclusive Subaru benefits
  • Sundays off
  • Strong leadership and a collaborative, forward-thinking culture
  • An opportunity to be part of a dealership that's actually different

Why Subaru of Las Vegas?
We've been practicing one-touch selling since 2009, long before the industry caught on. We care about our people and invest in long-term careers, not just short-term sales. Our team members aren't sharks, they're advisors. We believe attitude beats ego, and we're proud to have built a culture where great humans thrive.
If you've got the sales background, we've got the training, tools, and team to help you win.
Apply now and be part of something better.
