What You'll Do
As a Purchase Advisor, you'll be the single point of contact for your guests, from greeting to delivery. Your job is to create a world-class experience that's modern, respectful, and seamless. Responsibilities include:

• Engaging with customers both online and in-store with professionalism and authenticity
• Conducting needs assessments, product presentations, and test drives
• Using Drive Centric CRM to follow up with prospects, appointments, and active customers
• Presenting lease and finance options transparently with clarity
• Introducing protection products and accessories with genuine value-based selling
• Coordinating delivery, follow-up, and post-sale customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience required: retail or customer-facing roles highly encouraged
• Automotive retail experience is a strong plus, but not mandatory
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Passion for helping people and solving problems
• A desire to grow personally and professionally
• Comfort with digital tools and customer engagement technology
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
