Supporting and administering a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compensation, onboarding, training, policy compliance, workman’s compliance, attendance, and HR recordkeeping. This role serves as a key resource for employees and managers while helping ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment records.
- Support workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee feedback.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and leave programs.
- Coordinate annual open enrollment activities.
- Support performance review programs and goal-setting processes.
- Identify training and development needs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
