Join the largest stand-alone dedicated zinc die caster in North America. Located in Decorah, Iowa, DECO manufactures precision components used in office furniture, windows and doors, commercial vehicles, RVs, HVAC systems, and other products used every day.

As a Die Cast Machine Operator, you will:

  • Operate and monitor zinc die cast machines
  • Make machine adjustments and troubleshoot issues
  • Safely handle molten zinc and production materials
  • Inspect parts for quality
  • Work with production, quality, engineering, and maintenance teams
