Die Cast Machine Operators – EARN $47,000 - $50,000 working Evenings & NightsEarn More with Shift Premiums at DECO

Starting Pay: $20.10/hour

2nd Shift Premium: +$2.50/hour - Earn approximately $5,200 more per year

3rd Shift Premium: +$3.00/hour - Earn approximately $6,240 more per year

At Deco Products, you'll join the largest stand-alone dedicated zinc die caster in North America. Located in Decorah, Iowa, DECO manufactures precision components used in office furniture, window and door hardware, commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, HVAC systems, electrical applications, and many other products used every day.

Monday-Thursday: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and Friday Options: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, or 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM

4-Day Work Week

  • Monday-Thursday, 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • Monday-Thursday, 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM
What You'll Do

As a Die Cast Machine Operator, you'll be an important part of the manufacturing process, producing precision zinc castings for customers across North America.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operating and monitoring zinc die cast machines
  • Making machine adjustments and troubleshooting issues
  • Safely handling molten zinc and production materials
  • Inspecting parts to ensure quality standards are met
  • Following safety, quality, and production procedures
  • Working with production, quality, engineering, and maintenance teams
