Part Time Deco Operator Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Saint Francis Health System is seeking a Hospitalist Medical Director to provide clinical and operational leadership for the Hospitalist program at our Saint Francis South Campus. This role partners closely with hospital leadership to support quality patient care, provider development, program growth, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall medical leadership and clinical oversight for the Hospitalist program
• Lead quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory initiatives
• Support physician recruitment, onboarding, development, scheduling, and performance
• Collaborate with hospital administration, medical staff, and specialty services
• Help develop program goals, strategies, and operational initiatives
• Represent the Hospitalist program within the medical staff and community
• Provide direct patient care as part of the Hospitalist team as a full time or part time Hospitalist

Qualifications:

• MD/DO required; Internal Medicine preferred
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Minimum 6–8 years of hospitalist experience 
• Prior physician leadership or practice management experience preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
