Candidate:

              Seeking full-time Sales Professional interested in pursuing a career with a successful material handling equipment manufacturer. This position is not limited to being located in Central Illinois and we will consider any applicant in the Midwest. others.

Position:

·         Outside Sales Representative, you will develop relationships with new businesses, understand the customers’ needs and requirements, and successfully negotiate and close business.

·         Requires a motivated self-driven individual to increase new account sales & grow existing accounts.

·         Someone focused on identifying new opportunities and following up on potential leads

·         Prepared for tremendous sales and long-term growth potential.

·         Develop sales strategies and maintain high productivity.

·         Call on businesses from small to major corporations.

·         Base salary plus commission, your earning potential is uncapped and entirely up to you.

Requirements:

·         Proficient in Microsoft Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office.

·         The position requires exceptional relationship-building skills.

·         A high degree of reliability, honesty, and integrity.

·         A competitive nature, motivated by sales success.

·         Strong communication and presentation skills.

·         Ability to convey customers needs, specifications to our engineers and management.

·         Ability to work independently/remotely and develop new business relationships.

·         Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

·         Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include travel as needed to support customers.

·         Must possess a valid driver license in good standings.

·         Ability to pass a background.

Physical Requirements:

·         Must be able to sit, stand, walk for prolonged periods at desk, during travel and at customers facilities. Will include lots of walking at times.

·         Must be able to lift and carry 35 lbs. as needed.

Qualifications:

·         Two years of sales/management experience with proven track record and measurable sales success.

·         Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.

·         Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

·         Professional presence, strong interpersonal skills.

·         Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.

·         Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.

·         Previous AutoCAD experience a plus.

·         Base salary + commission, potential annual bonus.
