Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently invoicing daily delivery routes while ensuring all invoices are completed in a timely manner. This role also includes answering incoming phone calls, assisting customers at the will-call counter with order pickups and payments, and providing friendly, professional customer service.


Additional responsibilities include handling cash and processing payments accurately, stuffing envelopes, filing, and performing other general office duties as needed. The successful candidate must be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling money.
