What you'll do:
  • Coordinate customer reference requests from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Match approved customer advocates to reference requests using established criteria and program guidelines
  • Track request status, fulfilment, and participation history
  • Monitor advocate engagement to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Maintain accurate customer advocate profiles within the advocacy platform and CRM, including customer information, product usage, communication preferences, and participation history
  • Perform routine data quality reviews and database maintenance to ensure information is accurate, complete, and up to date
  • Maintain customer consent records and ensure participation documentation remains current
  • Identify prospective advocates through customer nominations, NPS feedback, and internal referrals
  • Conduct outreach to recruit and onboard new customer advocates using established messaging and processes
  • Organize and maintain customer assets, including quotes, logos, photos, and other marketing materials
  • Maintain visibility into the customer story pipeline to support marketing and sales initiatives
  • Prepare recurring program metrics, activity reports, and other operational updates
  • Manage the shared advocacy inbox and respond to internal requests in a timely manner
  • Support the coordination of customer speakers, webinars, events, and advocate recognition initiatives

What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Support, events, or program coordination
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Monday.com, or Asana
  • Strong data entry, database management, and reporting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, requests, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of customer advocacy, and/or experience with content marketing a plus
  • Customer-focused mindset with exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong project management, time management, and follow-through
  • Ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
