Overview

A growing healthcare technology organization is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Video Expert / Graphic Designer to join its team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in graphic design, motion graphics, and video production who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will help create engaging visual content for digital platforms, marketing initiatives, and healthcare-related educational materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and animations for digital and print media.

  • Develop visual content for websites, social media, presentations, and marketing materials.

  • Create and edit professional motion graphics and video content.

  • Set up and manage studio video productions, including cameras, lighting, microphones, and green screen equipment.

  • Perform advanced video editing, including keying, clipping, color correction, filters, and post-production enhancements.

  • Ensure all visual content aligns with established brand standards and creative guidelines.

  • Maintain consistency in studio production settings and workflows.

  • Support the development of visual content for healthcare education and engagement initiatives.

  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions.

  • Maintain a professional and respectful approach when working with internal teams and on-camera talent.

QualificationsRequired
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Strong graphic design, layout, and visual storytelling skills.

  • Experience with professional video production and editing.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
