Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of a recognized Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Possess (or be eligible for) an active Iowa medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
