StretchLab Bethany is seeking a driven, energetic, and people-focused Membership Sales Specialist to help grow our studio and change lives through assisted stretching. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping people achieve their wellness goals, and earning performance-based compensation through membership sales.

Founded in 2015 in Venice, California, StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching. With co-founders coming from the Personal Training industry, StretchLab has created a variety of offerings to empower clients to "Live Long." StretchLab has gathered a team of experts already certified in an array of related fields—including physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more—and brought in the world's leading authority on stretching and flexibility to deliver on the promise of having the finest team of stretching professionals gathered anywhere. StretchLab's proprietary Flexologist™ training ensures that clients receive a world-class stretching session.

POSITION:

As a Membership Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility is to generate membership sales and drive studio growth. You will connect with prospective clients, schedule introductory stretch sessions, convert prospects into members, and help existing members maximize the value of their memberships. Success in this role comes from building relationships, creating exceptional experiences, and confidently recommending solutions that help people move and feel better.

While a fitness background is beneficial, it is not required. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, goal-oriented, coachable, and passionate about helping others improve their quality of life.

AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum availability of two evenings per week
• Minimum availability of one weekend day per week

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve results
• Comfortable discussing pricing and confidently asking for the sale
• Positive attitude with strong relationship-building skills
• Ability to learn and utilize CRM software systems
• Ability to stand or sit throughout the workday
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in person, by phone, text, and email
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient computer skills
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required
• Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, customer service, or membership-based businesses is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate new membership sales and achieve monthly sales goals
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, and email
• Schedule introductory stretch sessions with prospective members
• Conduct studio tours and present membership options
• Convert prospects into long-term members
• Build relationships with members to increase retention and referrals
• Assist the leadership team with lead generation, follow-up, and sales initiatives
• Book and confirm stretch appointments
• Present available services and retail products to current and prospective members
• Follow up with leads, missed introductory sessions, and inactive prospects
• Participate in community events, health fairs, grand openings, and local outreach efforts to promote StretchLab
• Manage front desk operations, greet clients, and provide an exceptional member experience
• Ensure the studio remains clean, organized, and professional at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

• $17–$20 per hour base pay plus uncapped commissions
