POSITION
The Front Desk Associate is often the first and last interaction a client has with the studio. This role sets the tone for the overall experience-welcoming, empowering, and attentive.
Strong candidates are personable, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in wellness. They take the time to understand client needs and can confidently guide them toward the right classes, memberships, and retail offerings. Just as importantly, they help maintain a studio environment that feels clean, calm, and well-run at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Experience & Sales
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and leads; guide prospective clients through booking their first class
  • Build rapport with new and returning clients to support long-term engagement
  • Provide clear, accurate information on class formats, pricing, and memberships
  • Conduct studio tours with a professional and welcoming approach
  • Recommend memberships or class packages aligned with client goals
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

Client Retention & Studio Standards
  • Ensure new clients are properly welcomed and feel comfortable navigating the studio
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the space
  • Contribute to a consistent, elevated in-studio experience

Operations & Community Engagement
  • Support daily studio operations, including opening/closing procedures
  • Assist with local events and community outreach efforts to promote the studio
  • Represent the brand with professionalism both in and out of the studio

REQUIREMENTS
