This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role for someone who loves fitness, people, and building something from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Coaching

  • Serve as an instructor on the schedule, maintaining a regular class schedule consistent with business needs (~8-12 classes per week; quota subject to change based on business need)
  • Set the standard for coaching excellence and client experience, acting as a culture carrier for the brand
  • Provide ongoing development to coaches (in partnership with T&D) and front desk staff through informal feedback, formal reviews, and hands-on training support
  • Interview, onboard, and manage CST staff across both locations, keeping teams aligned on goals, promotions, and expectations

  • Deliver a best-in-class, concierge-level experience at every touchpoint - from first visit to long-term membership
  • Guide new clients through their first studio experience, including tours, machine demos, and intro offers
  • Resolve client inquiries, booking issues, and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Foster a strong sense of community across clients, staff, and coaches at both studios
  • Assist with private sessions, fundraising classes, and studio events

Sales & Marketing

  • Drive studio revenue by meeting and exceeding occupancy, new client, membership, and retail goals
  • Lead local outreach and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Regional Manager and Marketing team
  • Sell memberships and intro offers to prospective and existing clients

  • Comfortable leading high-energy classes on mic with music and a full room
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays to accommodate both studio schedules
