Hi, Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid) Duration:12 months Interview: Web Interview
Required:

  • Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and ITSM modules.
  • Build secure integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, webhooks, and MID Server.
  • Develop JavaScript solutions including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and REST APIs.
  • Work with Service Catalog, CMDB, Flow Designer, Employee Center, Service Portal, and Workspaces.
  • Troubleshoot platform and integration issues, perform testing/code reviews, and follow security and release standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and explore ServiceNow automation and AI capabilities.

Preferred: CSA/CAD/CIS-ITSM or ITIL certification and experience with Agile/DevOps practices.
