locations and over 400 licenses sold. Our mission is to accelerate the world’s adoption of contrast

therapy through private suite experiences featuring infrared saunas and cold plunges.

About Health and Recovery 88, Inc.

Health and Recovery 88, Inc. is a franchisee of SWTHZ, developing 10 locations across the

Cleveland, Ohio area. With studios open in Ohio City and Strongsville and additional openings

planned in the coming months, we are seeking a Studio Manager to lead operations, drive

growth, and foster a high-performing, team-oriented environment.

Position Summary

The Studio Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio while

driving membership growth, retention, and overall business performance. This role requires a

balance of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and sales acumen. The ideal candidate

will model SWTHZ’s core values of integrity, respect, fairness, and excellence, ensuring an

exceptional experience for both members and employees.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Membership Growth (40%)

 Achieve Membership and Revenue Goals: Partner with ownership to establish clear

performance targets and develop strategies to meet or exceed them.

 Coach and Develop Sales Team: Provide ongoing training and support to strengthen

sales capabilities, customer engagement, and product knowledge.

 Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics: Track key indicators such as lead

conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction. Adjust strategies as needed to drive

continuous improvement.

 Collaborate with Marketing and Pre-Sales Teams: Align efforts on local outreach,

lead generation, and promotional campaigns that enhance brand awareness and member

acquisition.

Leadership and Team Management (40%)

 Foster a Positive Team Culture: Build and maintain a supportive, collaborative, and

high-performance work environment.

 Lead by Example: Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to

service excellence.

 Performance Management: Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and

address performance issues promptly and constructively.

 Employee Development: Identify opportunities for growth and provide resources and

coaching to help team members reach their potential.

Operational Excellence (20%)

 Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure all studio functions, including scheduling, staffing,

and inventory management, are executed efficiently and in accordance with company

standards.

 Maintain Safety and Cleanliness Standards: Uphold hygiene and safety protocols to

ensure a welcoming and secure environment for members and staff.

 Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate operational practices and implement

enhancements to improve service delivery, efficiency, and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

 Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

 Solid business acumen and the ability to analyze and interpret performance data.

 Strategic thinker with effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.

 Proficient in relationship-based sales and customer engagement.

 Effective communicator with strong organizational and delegation skills.

Education and Certifications

 High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a

related field preferred.

 CPR and AED certification (in-person training required).

 Additional industry-relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience

 Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, management, or a related leadership role.

 Proven success in achieving sales goals and leading a customer-focused team.

Physical Requirements

 Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

 Regular physical activity including bending, reaching, and prolonged walking or

standing.

 Annual base salary of $50k+, plus bonus incentives.
