In this full-time leadership role, you’ll be the heart and soul of the front desk, the go-to problem solver, and the right hand to the Studio Manager. You'll play a critical role in shaping the member experience and empowering your team to deliver excellence every single day.
Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Develop the Front-of-House Team
    • Train, mentor, and develop a high-performing front desk staff to provide top-tier service
    • Monitor team performance, offer real-time coaching, and create a supportive, growth-focused culture
    • Deliver valuable feedback to coaches to ensure a seamless member experience
  • Be the Go-To for Member Support 
    • Handle member concerns with care and confidence—always aiming for quick, effective solutions
    • Build lasting relationships with members and create a welcoming environment that feels like home
  • Drive Sales & Grow the Studio 
    • Lead by example in meeting and exceeding sales goalsMotivate the front desk team to maximize leads, close memberships, and deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint
  • Be the Studio’s Front Desk Anchor 
    • You’ll be the face our members see most—greet them with energy, learn their stories, and become a trusted point of contact
    • Keep the studio running smoothly and lead with passion, positivity, and professionalism
  • Manage Admin & Account Tasks 
    • Own the details: process membership paperwork, resolve billing issues, manage class declines and unpaid sessions
    • Keep our systems accurate, up-to-date, and running efficiently behind the scenes
