Are you passionate about health and wellness? Are you naturally confident and outgoing? If so, you need to join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio! We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members who love to connect with people.

    • While in sales training, the potential to earn a bonus when shadowing other sales associates

Below are our available shifts. 

  • Monday through Friday, 2:30-9:30 pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 to 8:30 pm
**We are not currently hiring for seasonal staffing May-September. We are looking for candidates that want to commit to a long term opportunity with Perspire Sauna Studio.

Here's what you’ll be doing:

  • Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
  • Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
  • Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
  • Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
  • Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
  • Administer studio tours for new guests
  • Answer all questions about services and the facility
  • Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
  • Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
