 Position Overview
Pomegranate Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving inventory, order fulfillment, inventory organization, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, works well as part of a team, and is committed to accuracy and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming products from vendors
- Count, sort, and organize merchandise by location, product number, and description
- Stock merchandise on shelves according to style, size, color, or product type
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels in bulk and primary picking locations
- Replenish active inventory locations to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Print and organize pick tickets by warehouse area for efficient order processing
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanners and/or pick sheets
- Assemble shipping cartons and prepare packages with appropriate labels and documentation
- Audit completed orders to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
- Prepare shipments by sealing boxes, filling void space, and loading shipments for carrier pickup
- Process shortages, overages, and mis-picked products accurately
- Label and restock returned or reassigned inventory
- Accurately record workflow and assigned tasks within the warehouse management system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate suggestions to leadership
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals
- Communicate operational issues, questions, or concerns promptly to supervisor or co-workers
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
Work Environment
This role operates in a warehouse environment requiring frequent standing, walking, lifting, and movement throughout the shift. Team members are expected to maintain productivity standards while contributing to a positive and safety-focused workplace culture. 
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Basic computer proficiency, including warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to problem-solve and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work overtime, when needed
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds safely
