What does a student video producer do?

A Student Video Producer is responsible for planning, filming, and editing video projects, often for educational institutions or student-led organizations. Their duties can include scripting, coordinating shoots, managing equipment, and post-production editing. They may also collaborate with other students or staff to create promotional, instructional, or event-related videos. This role helps students develop technical skills in video production as well as teamwork and project management abilities.
