GW IT / IT Customer Support. Provide in-person and remote support for IT technology services.
  • Providing technical assistance on the phone and in written form.
  • Providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Assisting with troubleshooting of network, software, and hardware issues.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
