Position Overview

Elevate Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in providing remote school-based mental health services. This full-time position allows for flexible scheduling, including some evening and weekend hours, ensuring that we meet the needs of our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will earn a competitive salary between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, alongside additional benefits and a sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify the mental health needs of students, recognizing their strengths and available resources.
  • Offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to student needs, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans that incorporate specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals.
  • Coordinate care with psychologists, counselors, and educators to ensure comprehensive support for students, addressing various facets of their wellbeing.
  • Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments, delivering safety planning as necessary to assist students in urgent situations.
  • Document all clinical interactions in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes to enhance student engagement and foster a community of support.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on K-12 students experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Collaborating closely with teachers and school staff, you will play a pivotal role in promoting resilience and helping students navigate their emotional and psychological struggles.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is necessary.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, showcasing your ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Solid familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment strategies.
