Balancing authority with approachability can be challenging, especially when supervising fellow students. To address these challenges, it's important to establish clear communication, set boundaries early, and practice effective time management. Seeking guidance from supervisors and actively participating in training opportunities can also help Student Managers develop their leadership and organizational skills.
