As part of the school leadership team, you will collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to design and implement supports that are aligned with student data and result in life-changing student outcomes.****Core Responsibilities***** **Program Leadership:** Lead, manage, and support the implementation of the MTSS framework at the school. Work closely with teachers and the student support team to identify students needing additional support and ensure compliance with those who already qualify for support.* **Team Management:** Ensure that a team of interventionists, specialists, and counselors provide high-quality, targeted support to students that lead to instructional gains.* **Partnership Development:** Create strong, trusting partnerships with teachers, students, and families to collaborate on student progress, goals, and intervention.* **Progress Monitoring and Data-Driven Decisions:** Oversee progress monitoring of student data and ensure timely and effective interventions are implemented.
