What our office does: This office assists students in receiving financial and scholarships.

Position Description

This position aids our students and staff by completing the following duties:

  • Making photocopies

  • Scanning/Filing paperwork, data entry, and archiving old files

  • Printing and stocking forms & handouts

  • Assist with office supply inventory

  • Distribute mail or other paperwork to appropriate parties

  • Emailing, faxing, or mailing

  • Additional duties as assigned

Our services benefit: CSN students and staff.

Work Experience in our Department supports the following Degree/Certificate Programs:

Associate of Business, Associate of Accounting, Associate of General Studies

Preferred Qualifications:

Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy; able to follow directions and communicate well; have good typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office systems; and have a good overall understanding of diverse multicultural environments.
