Job Description Summary
The purpose of this position is to provide assistance to students with technical issues as well as check outs and returns of laptops and calculators.
Minimum Qualifications
Current Del Mar College student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours while employed.
Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Basic computer knowledge.
Effective interpersonal communication skills.
Good clerical skills to include answering phones, filing, and general data entry.
Strong customer service background.
Ability to relate to students from all academic levels.
